Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions can be a subject of any agreements or contracts.
Regular terms and conditions in case groups of minimum 15 Persons:
Cancellation conditions:
Group cancellation is possible free of charge 30 days prior to group’s arrival
If group is cancelled
15-30 days before arrival: 50 % of the total costs is to be paid as a cancellation fee.
3-15 days before arrival: 75 % of the total costs is to be paid as a cancellation fee.
0-3 days before arrival: total costs of the group booking is to be paid.
Cancallation of participants is tolerated if this is not more than 5% of the total groupsize, otherwise the group cancellation is applicable.
Payment conditions:
50 % prepayment of the total costs is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Total costs (100 %) is to be settled till groups arrival.
